Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. We offer free UPS ground shipping for all domestic orders and flat rate shipping fees for expedited and international orders regardless of how many items are in your order. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Always Boutique cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
We understand that getting your item quickly is very important to you, and we make every effort to ship your purchase the same or the following business day, Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Each item is securely packed.
INSURANCE coverage is included Always Boutique will not be responsible for 'lost' packages. To avoid this please be sure that your mailing address provided with payment is current and accurate.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you have 21 days to return the merchandise for a refund or exchange. The product must be returned unused including any additional extras, such as: dust bag, gift box, gift bag, receipt, lock, keys, tags, etc. accompanying purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange. Refunds are issued for the price of the product and any taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. At Always Boutique, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer merchandise. If for any reason your product is damaged when you receive your goods we are more than happy to assist you with correcting the problem. If your item is incorrect and not what you ordered please contact us, we will ensure the fastest service to get the incorrect item back from you and to replace you with the correct item you ordered. Please include the reason for the return and any comments about the product that may help us improve our product selection in the future. We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method with which you can obtain tracking or delivery confirmation. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned in exactly the same condition as they were delivered.
