Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders and flat rate shipping fees for expedited and international orders regardless of how many items are in your order. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
 

All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Always Boutique cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

INSURANCE coverage is included  Always Boutique will not be responsible for 'lost' packages. To avoid this please be sure that your mailing address provided with payment is current and accurate.

TRACKING information is available for all packages and a shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment; usually the same or following business day. Customs Forms: We do love our International Buyers! Unfortunately, we cannot lie on customs forms. We mark all of our customs forms as used items (not stating the brand), valued at the amount that you paid for it (minus shipping).
